Red Velvet Cake Recipe Bbc Good Food
Ingredients
This Red Velvet Cake recipe from BBC Good Food is a wonderful treat to make for yourself or to bring to a special occasion. You will need the following ingredients to make this delicious cake:

To make the topping, melt the white and dark chocolate chips in separate bowls over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Add 2 teaspoons of red food colouring to the melted white chocolate and mix until combined. Spread the melted dark chocolate over the cake, then spoon the melted white chocolate on top and spread with a palette knife. Leave to set.
Finally, melt the remaining 100g of white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and drizzle over the cake before serving.
