Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the coffee and vanilla, mixing just until blended. Fold in the walnuts and coconut. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
