Instructions

To make the cake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla using an electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in the rolled oats and milk. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before topping with the cream pie filling.

To make the cream pie filling, in a medium bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
